I never worked with Manga Studio, I usually use Sai but I'll try to screenshot and send you some tips :3

Ooh! For me it depends on the color. If it's a very pastel-colored design, I think black outlining can be too harsh, so I like to color the outline depending on the colors on the design I'm pixeling~~ Manga Studio is heaven to work on *^* Best program I've ever used! I have SAI as well, I just dont work with pixels on it, haha xD

Well in my opinion this black outline lets pastel designs pop up more ^u^ But it's only me haha! I don't think black outline destroyed Altair's pixel art :3
I use sai for pixels since I can set it to have one window with zoomed image, one showing me in real-life time and size changes on this first one and in 3rd window I can set original ref of birb so I can take colors C: Photoshop feels kinda slow and lame when you need to pixel things x.x
Maybe I should try Manga Studio because I'm so bad in smooth lineart only miracle can help my drawings xD
I saw these as well C: Just I prefer to do one, big image instead of submitting 5000 entries everyday ^u^ I have whole concept already just I'm here sitting and sunbathing instead of drawing...yay, summer xD

Photoshop is too complex for me xD And I dont like the feauture in SAI where you can have several tabs open. I dont know, it's chaotic to me x_x
I would absolutely recommend Manga Studio! It's a wonderful art program <3
You can design your MYO to have a unicorn horn and beeing corrupted as you wish! Just keep in mind that those who are corrupted aren't healthy or nice birdfolks. They're power-crazed and have mostly lost themselves in their greed for more power
I dont mind several entires. I think it's fun to watch and it just shows how much fun the person who draws have it with the bird ;v;
I'm not a judge for this though! I still think I want to do a DTA someday ;v;

Photoshop is nice when you want to get certain effects on your drawings. Just it feels like you draw lineart with crayon size 100 xD
And I never have more than 2 tabs in sai so it doesn't bother me too much ^u^ Sai is really fun for sketches tho!
Is it free or pay to use? I kinda don't know anyone beside you using it >w> So it's scary!

Someone asked me lately if there are "badass"/villains birdfolks and I wasn't sure so I sent him only corrupted ones lmao xD But unicorn birdfolks are any different (in personality or style of life) than normal ones?
It would make me hard to decide who to pick when someone will upload at least 4 entries ;u; Yes, I like to see what they created for new character but it makes everything hard ;u; I'm planning to draw some scenes in one image so when it all connects it'll be more impressive ^u^

I'm not sure. I buy all my art programs since I want to support the creators, but it's not that expensive if you catch it on sale! ;v; I paid 20$ I think instead of 50 or 60
It's definitely worth the price if you draw a lot!
Well, unicorn birdfolks arent' any diffrent from other birdfolks. Birdfolks choose their own looks, so they can't ever dislike their own looks! Ahaha, neither me or Ray are looking for "friends" for our birdfolks, as our corrupted folks aren't friendly or want company. Vlad is only calm because he's so tired and on the verge of death, while RayPai's only strive for more magic and absorbs and kills any birdfolk they can. But I appreaciate that you like our folks so much ;v;
It's definitely a tough choice! I feel sorry for Ray who have to pick the winners when there is so many great entries already x_x Good luck with your entries!

So good to know that you can design such cuties by yourself <3 I bet most of people don't know this and that's why we get mostly similar designs on MYOs ;u; I'm going to get great use from my slot. And I wish someone commish me for creating their MYO, that would be totally fun ;u;
And it's okay! I think my Wrzos isn't as well Birdfolk which hangs around with other birbs :'D she's just like "leave me any my plushies alone, k". I love your folks since they have so good designs u_u Wish I planned my bird better but I'm actually happy I made Colonel to revamp it. Getting her art is kinda in range of "impossible" for me xD
LOL that's why I'd make raffle instead of DTA because it's random number and you don't need to worry about hurting other people's feelings xD My entry will be fine >:'D Worst part is thinking about idea but I had whole thing planned as soon as I saw that bird! In the future, then! Well, I adore the brushes and all the effect feautures. There are SO many textures, brushes-- and the whole setup is so clean and easy to understand! Their pencil brushes are PERFECT. And the brushtrokes are just wonderful.
Many have asked about it, and we try to make it known that it's allowed. I believe it's mentioned in our journal "everything you need to know about birdfolks". But I'm not too sure as I'm not the writer of that journal. I like both raffles and DTA's! A good mix is what we need now and then, I think.
