The Stable Dweller is expected to present herself with a degree of elegance if she is to appear before the council.
Do ponies get manecuts? Hooficures? Can makeup be applied directly to the coat? Littlepip can't remember the last time she looked in a mirror, so she is enduring a last minute makeover by professional makeup artists in a nearby wash room.
