I laughed SO freakin' hard. This poster is friggin everywhere, even in Scott Pilgrim! (both the movie and the comic)
As for the actual art piece... I'm very sad this will not be canon

Actually, there are theories being discussed right now that Chell is actually Alyx's sister so I'm thinking "wincest"

Chell was at Bring Your Daughter To Work Day at Aperture when GLaDOS was activated, which does indicate that she is the daughter of someone at Aperture. Consider this, though--someone had been leaking Aperture technology to Black Mesa and Azian had a necklace with an Aperture cube on it, which was given to Alyx after she died. That cube necklace, combined with Chell's apparently nationality (similar to Alyx, although pale which would make sense after having lived underground that long). The fact that Chell's last name is "REDACTED" from her file, however, does point to GLaDOS actually telling the truth about her having been adopted. Who her parents actually are remains to be seen.

People are suggesting Chell is the daughter of Cave Johnson and Caroline. About Alyx I have no idea, I know too little of the HL2 universe.

I have seen the same thing, but the Bring Your Daughter to Work Day happened in 1998 and Chell had a project there, suggesting that she was a child in 1998. Cave would have been dead too long for that to be plausible unless they stored his DNA and Caroline decided to use it later, but she likely would have been too old to bear a child at the time so it would have had to be done completely in a lab.
Not that those things couldn't happen in the world of Aperture Science, but I was throwing out another theory that I read on a Steam forum
