Oh don't get me wrong i think when they're done right they can be quite awesome. And i love candice's here. Hers are a great example of that.
I have a grudge with them because what was once considered taboo is now somewhat mainstream, and you know how much i dislike conformity. It just seems like the concept has been hijacked, chewed up and spat out and everyone i know is getting them just for the sake of it. I've challenged a few people with southern cross tattoos to actually find it in the sky. 3 out of 4 have said, " Oh it's a constellation?... Wait, what's a constellation?"

It's an "i definitely wouldn't jump off the bridge just 'cause everyone else did" kind of thing you know? And i kinda really love how no one shares my opinion on that matter

Well i guess if you're going to be against something that's a pretty damn good reason to be against it - I KNOW i hate bogans with that symbol and most of them haven't even got it right....dumb bogans grrr.

But i still love tattoos, to me they're an expression of who you are and what you love on your body - like i'm getting bats because i love them so much and i identify with them and their nocturnal habits and the wrong way people associate them with evil. Just because they look scary doesn't mean they are and that's how many people view witches. There has been so many thousands of years of ignorance about how we're all evil and i'm proud to stand up for myself and shed light on how wrong people are.
