Deep below the surface, in the sewers of New York City, four turtle brothers were mutated by radioactive waste and began training in the art of ninjutsu by Master Splinter. Often misunderstood, or dismissed as the dark one, Raphael ( Nicknamed "Ralph") is known to go to the extremes with his anger. Due to his anger issues he was the last to Graduate from his masters teaching. Most known for his twin sai and first turtle to kill, he kept his red bandanna.
