Corrupt city and government officials were illegally dumping toxic and nuclear waste, this is what is said to mutated the sewer people into the horrifying, zombie-like creatures called C.H.U.Ds Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers. They have said to prowl down there in the darkness, hunting anyone that comes into their domain. Many, dismiss these stories as nothing more than the tall tales, like the giant turtle creatures that know kung-fu.
