Probably a waterproof keyboard or something, I think they make those here, so odds are they'd have an equivalent version in the future.

Or it could be one of those regualre keybords with a plastic custom mold put over it so that the plastic just lets the slime ooze back into Synthea.
Plus those things keep all that dirt and crap out of the keys, no need to dust.
