Attention, this is Stephen Technoit - the main antagonist of "South Park". He is a dangerous but comedic villain.

He is modeled after Dr. Robotnik (from 2020's Sonic The Hedgehog) and Doctor Octopus (The Spectacular Spider-Man 2008 - 2009).

His plan was to steal the rare Neoll diamond and the powerful Ultra-Battery to power an army of robots (a reference to the Horned King, who wanted to awaken the army of the dead with the cauldron) to take over New York, the Three States of America, and later the entire world.

He travels in a large mechanized jet that houses a secret laboratory.

His servants are robots who also specialize in numerous thefts.
