This happens a few months after episode 8 of the first season of Hazbin Hotel. Vox discovers that his plan has failed and is furious. However, he knows that Alastor's staff is broken, so when he steals it and connects the staff, he will also steal Alastor's powers. To this end, he hires Striker from Helluva Boss to steal.

A few hours later, Striker returns, along with Alastor's broken staff and an unconscious and weakened Millie (as Millie caught him and fought him until Striker shot her with a debilitating and sleeping drug, the same drug that weakened Millie in episode 1 of Helluva Boss" The Murderer Family", so Striker took her too). Vox has Millie imprisoned while he puts the staff together. The staff, however, changes to match Vox's appearance. Vox gains Alastor's powers and is ready for revenge.

What do you think about this idea? Because for me, it's a great idea for a crossover or even season 2 of Hazbin Hotel.
