Description
This is with the combat vest. i call it the Electrically Shielded Tactical Vest: in HL2 you can recharge your HEV suit with Combine batteries and use recharge stations. in the Entropy Zero mods, Metrocops and Soldiers can pick those up, working like a HEV suit of sorts. because of this, i made a small port at the vest. i also made more slits like for the leg armor's belts.
Edit: added a MOLLE backpack, as soldiers in RL have them.
