So the latest smash bros news is that Chrom is not confirmed as a playable character in super smash bros 4. meaning the creidbility of the gematsu leak is now less.Personally I think /sakurai purposely made it so that the leak would get falsified. its not the first time he's prevented a leak from being true. a video once leaked a subspace emissary like mode for smash bros 4. Sakurai cancelled it because he felt the wow factor was gone from that project. this is what I think he's doing in the gematsu leak.
So i'm predicting that when the chorus men will appear for their "video" they will get demoted to an assist by either rayman, bowser, or jigglypuff or a new sound based character when they stuff them into that during an annoying performance. heck this may also explain why the 3DS version has been delayed from summer to october. because sakurai was changing characters than to the leak.
Cause really my draw of the chorus men may be bag, but really that's roughly what they look like! incredibly dull looking and bland, kirby may be a round ball but at least he's in color!
So yea i now am skeptical that shulk or these blobs will be in smash bros as playable characters. i think gematsu destroyed their chances by leaking.

considering sakruai doesn't seem to approve of leaks, i don't think they'll confirm them as characters though, cause even though shulk would be cool. the chorus men look like the worst possible characters to be put in smash bros.

yea only reason i am beginning to think rayman was that trophy, i could just imagine him stuffing the chorus men with jigglypuff and giving that smug face afterwards.

Yeah so what else can there be for them? Nothing. So Assist Trophy Status is what they deserve at best. Though I'm hoping for one of the most obscure characters who was an assist in Brawl and it's Saki.
