Description I really hope this can be seen, cause i really spent a ton of time on this and I will not be pleased if a DA error causes it to not appear right.

holo taking a dip in a waterway to cool off, only really keeping her dress skirt on for some reason, yet she lets everything else stay dry.
so anyways comment and enjoy, and critiques welcome

I see a lot of technical limitation preventing the development of your talent. Your proportions are nearly correct, though they still need some work, especially relating to the hands and feet (I know they're tough, but practice makes perfect.)

However your lineart and color look like they were done in Microsoft Paint, and it looks as though you weren't using a tablet either. If your goal is to craft lineart on computer, I recommend either Adobe Illustrator, or Manga Studio Debut WITH a pen tablet. If you don't want to spend that kind of money or learn the programs, your best bet is to continue sketching on paper, scanning to a computer, and using the pen tool in Photo shop to "ink" the lines into smooth lineart. As it sits, the lines here are noticeably jagged, and unappealing. This is not a referendum on your skill, I just think the programs youre using arent helping your artwork.

Regarding color, there's no clear color scheme, and I cant say I'm a fan of your shading. Again I think the tools available in Adobe Photoshop would help you do a far better job of adding color, shade, and highlight than whatever program this was done in. There are countless tutorials available on youtube to help you learn how to make the most of the tools and programs available, but as it sits, I don't think your artwork will improve drastically until your skills can grow with more professional artistic programs.

But keep at it! If computer tools arent creating the end result you desire, stick with good old fashioned pen, pencil, and paper to practice your proportions and depth.

to be fair, my tablet pen doesn't work, so i had no choice but to use a mouse to create this.
but thanks for the critique
