Oto jeździec bez lica jak sadza czarny, w ręku dzierżący kielich trunkiem lejący, a wiezie go koń kary na kształt smoły zrodzony, pędzą przez bezkres umysłu nieść wprost w sedno istnienia myśli jedną, szczerą, prawdziwą: "Stay hydrated, synek".

Keep trying, pal! I'm afraid my mind is a maelstrom, and find difficult to meditate. The closest I can get is a calm walk, alone of course, through the park or a forest.
