Description
Heavily based on my previous Troll design, it represents both a mythical Troll and the one from Tolkien's legendarium.It's characteristics include rock-like osteoderms over most of it's body and big nose. I always imagine trolls with big pointy noses.
I also tend to imagine trolls somewhat more reptilian than most people who portray them in mammalian, ape or bear like fashion. I like drawing scales than fur more though.

Nice, I very much like your reconstruction of this guy, the bumpy osteoderms is a nice idea which explains the common description of trolls with bumpy wart-like skin, I also always imagine trolls with big noses except rather then pointy ones, with these weird hanging ones. I am also planning on drawing a speculative reconstruction of a troll as a close relative to a certain primate
