AFTER ADOPTION
You will receive:
-unwatermarked PNG files of the adopt, you may ask for other formats (ex. .sai) either via stash or e-mail though if you are posting it on another site you shouldn't without a watermark including my name as the artist to try and prevent art theft.

YOU CAN
-give the adopt name, personality, gender and customize their stories etc.
-you may use them for a story, RP etc.
-please credit where credit is needed!!
-you may Not use the adopt design for commercial purposes without my permission. (note me if you are interested in using it for commercial purposes.)
-you may resell the adoptable Unless it is a DTA They all can be traded or gifted but must be linked to me if you do.
-You can charge extra for art that you'd created and commissioned unless the commissioned artist has rules in place that forbid you from doing so. Please don't charge extra for gifted artworks.
-please alert me of new ownership, 100% necessary and it is appreciated! <3
-if you do use my designs for commercial use, please do contact me and give proper credit! But you must ask me before doing so
-Do not sell prints of work based off of my design.

YOU CANNOT!!
-claim art and design as your own
-you CANNOT ask for a refund, buy the adopt only if you are 100% sure. You are allowed to resell--
-you CANNOT resell the adopt on other websites without my permission or resell at a higher price without more art included
-you can't resell an adopt that you won in a raffle or in a "offer to adopt or draw to adopt" if you didn't spend money, you can't resell a design you obtained for art, for trade or for a gift. (if you are found doing so I will reclaim the art and resell or regift it)
-be 100% sure when you place a bid on or claim an adoptable, do not hide or edit your post plz
-I WILL keep a list/block anyone who has repeatedly dropped bids or backed out
