It was the middle of the day, yet darkness fell upon the hallowed grounds of Vektren. The Dread Father blocking out the sun to veil his servants in shadow as a show of power. The Vektreni howl, celebrating and thanking their Father for his gift.

The Patron ordered a hunt to begin as soon as the sun began to dim, they would use the darkness bestowed upon them to bring back a feast, the whole pack energised and rallied into a frenzy. This was surely a good omen - the Shunned Ones were pleased with Vektren.

I meant to upload this when the actual eclipse is/was but I don't..... actually know, only that it either has happened or will happen soon irl.
