Here's my Tiny Homes piece I did for Light Grey Art Lab! I've been looking into where to sell prints of other stuff too (it only took me 10000 years) so... there might be some news about that too sometime... soon...ish.....I really want to live in a room like this by the way. Including the random spirits, even if I would probably end up like this girl who can't really see them, but at least she knows they are there, so that's something! Or it could be cats. Caaaaats cats cats. I like cats. Also I'm terrible at writing this today.

I don't see why, you actually have talent unlike me who can only do landscapes at best and starscapes at worst I am not going to call any of my miniature paint anything close to any sort of ability. Trust me what you showed off then was great and some pretty funky music.

First thing i noticed was the foot. It's so bright and attractive that it turned into a composition center. Maybe wasn't your intention... Also its confusing what's on the foreground and what's on the floor near the character. Are these herbs on the table near the edge or ar they in the water? Love the details, colors, the samovar (i'm russian btw lol) and those skulls though <3
P.S. as i'm going to watch you anyway, please tell if my critics are not desirable and i won't let them out next time

I'm 1000% okay with crits! There's never enough people offering those. I was thinking about the feet myself few days ago, I really did make them a bit too bright xD I still have a really long way to go with lighting and values and controlling myself. Also samovars are the best, I really want one someday. My grandma has one and they have them in some tearooms, so there's at least that until I get mine.

Oh okay good. I'm not as good as you when it comes to drawing, but i often do compose images together, which also includes light and color work, and composition skills. You're welcome to give your feedback if you feel like it as well <3
My family own a samovar, but haven't used it for like 15 years, since big crowds of guests stopped appearing at our house. Everyone is now in the internet, hard to pull them into the reality for a meeting. We used to make tea in it and guests would turn the little metal faucet to let the hot water run into their cups. Just like you push a modern boiler\cooler now, but much more vintage and beautiful. For my next birthday I plan to invite a big party and fill our samovar with alcohol (without heating ofc), this will be so old school, haha
