Random doodle time!Haseo in Xth form from .hack//G.U. games. I'd never got to the games until few days ago while drawing this because it never came out in Europe >: Still from what I could get to this universe has been one of my favourite things ever for almost as long as I draw. All those characters designs there? I love them SO MUCH. Heck I even got the artbook so I could look at them all the time.
I want to draw more of these fan arts! Except they are stupidly hard to draw because I'm that kind of a person who needs to stick to every single little detail. Oh well.

!!! there's a .hack//G.U. artbook? Where!?
I've found two for the Trilogy movie... is that them?

There's a few of them actually! There's .hack//archives_01 black light (cover with Xth form Haseo) with character art (I have this one and love it, like 1/3 of the book are super early concepts) and archives_02 white light (cover with Ovan) with environments/mosters/etc, then there's a full white cover/package for both that miiight be just a reprint. Or the actual book is inside of a fancy looking box that I don't have and some sellers do. There's a Seiichiro Hosokawa artbook with a lot of .hack art too and I think Trilogy has one artbook, the one I can find on ebay now is called .hack//G.U. Trilogy Archives 01 and has a cover with Bst form Haseo and there might be a white cover version for that one too :>

I was worried they might just be the same thing with different colors.
These two are just for the Trilogy movie... I haven't seen the one with Haseo's Xth form! Is that game art?

It's two different books and the Ovan one should be the game world art one (some examples here www.cc2.co.jp/cc2store/?p=1195 )! Also apparently both game art ones are archives_02 and the movie one is archives_01, I was wondering why there was 01 both for the movie and the game, turns out I just didn't look properly. It really is a shame that it never came to Europe. > n < In the end, I emulated it, even though I would have preferred an actual copy of the game any day.

Yep, I'm using an emulator too now but it took me a while to get it work, though most of time my main problem was a bad game rom. I really wish I could get the actual copy too and didn't have to do million things with my ps2 to make it work, this whole emulator thing really isn't the best (owww the framerate...). But at least it's playable v @ And thanks! The designs are fan art nightmares but they are so prettyyyy.

Thanks! And yeah, whoever decided it was stupid or something, I don't belive the sales would be much worse than anywhere else and they didn't even have to translate it because it was already in English :l Or the whole thing about locking regions for PS2...
