That's really helpful. I love it!
One question though:
how do you change the line color without making all the lines be the same color? I usually work in photoshop so if I change the line color there, it changes the colors of all the lines, not just some.
If that made sense!

do you always draw in flash? I always just assumed much of your art was done in illustrator.

First off, love it! Second, can I ask what it is that you like about Flash? I deal more in illustrator and I find flash to be frustrating at times, when I have to do animations or websites, but I have never thought about using it for drawing, so I am just curious about your take on it!

I love using flash because im so used to animating in it I find it easy to draw in. not everyone does but im starting to know more and more artist who use flash to do the line work for their drawing and such. Ive tried illustrator but it just seems so complicated, flash is more simple in my eyes.

May I ask two things please?
First: I draw in illustrator but want to learn flash - are they similar enough that I could figure it out mostly on my own?
Second: What kind of tablet do you have?
Thanks!!

Well i pretty much learnt how to draw in flash by myself. so you shouldnt find it 2 hard. plus if you know illustrator then thats a plus cos i think illustrator is harder!

I love illustrator, maybe I will find that flash is easier.
I have a wacom bamboo tablet - but I never use it....I should though :/
PS - I know I didn't comment when you posted the pictures but I just had to say your baby is precious. I want to have at least 5 kids lol.

You just select the lines, then change the paint tool to paint selection and colour what you need to colour. I dont know if that makes sence.
If I get time i'll update this tutorial with a how to paint the lines.

Yeah. I thought it was useful to try and concentrate the resources I found in a single place away from my current account.
