Yepp the final evolution to CUMULUMP!~To evolve NIMBLANKET needs Brine learned at lvl. 44 or make NIMBLANKET learn Charge Beam at lvl. 44 to evolve into CELLBED. (Your CELLBED's moves depend on which TM you use to evolve it.)
CELLBED- Water/Flying
Ability: Volt Absorb
Drizzle
As the NIMBLANKET block the sun one fortunate NIMBLANKET evolves and becomes head of the group. CELLBED are very large and gently pick up hurt pokemon ad fly them to pokemon centers. They fly overhead are are known as the "Ice Storm".

but um... i think they shouldn't have levitate wince i mean... theyre already flying types, so ground doenst work... so i'd just have huge power/drizzle for the respected pokemon :]

well CUMULUMP is a Cumulus...NIMBLANKET is a Nimbostratus and CELLBED in this picture is a Supercell(the ones that produce tornadoes and stuff....also hail...XD)

yeah and their names all have to do with covering something...i added it all together.....
Theres a LUMP on the BLANKET on the BED....i had time to think that up, and all that has some relevance about clouds covering the sky like blankets or sheets......
