Finally got around to bringing out the Perler Beads again. I can't make small things... I lose interest. I need something BIG. and to keep up with my FFIV theme...

Golbez. The "villian" from FFIV. And for spoiler reasons (even though the game is from the early 90s and most people that care would have already played it) I won't say anything else about it.

My main problem with this one is that Perler does not have the right shades of purple to do him properly (as you can tell from the original sprite up there, he is actually more purple than blue)... so I had to go with blue. But all in all, I am very pleased with it.

Also, picture does not do the colors justice... its hanging in my hallway so I had to take a picture with the flash on and that completely fades out the colors.

Stats:
+ approx. 4000 perler beads make up this badboy. (not near as many as Zeromus who had around 11,000)
+ working since last night, this has taken me around 11 hours to complete. (not straight through, of course).
+ he is approx. 20 inches tall.

Next... I dunno. More FFIV, as I am on a roll. I already have all the main character sprites done... maybe someday I'll just do all the bosses and summons or something. Yes, I am insane.
