This was crazy fun to do XD
I've always had a love for pretty girls with random stuff going on around them in paintings. creepy yeah but oh well ;w;

I did no outline, I pretty much colored under my sketch then drew over my sketch picking up the colors over and over again.

All done in 4 layers X3

Mostly done in SAI touched up in photoshop.

The green slushie was a idea that popped in my head when I was going to sleep last night XD
