(any typos let me know! <3)bweeh, k finally finished this after....-thinks- a month of working on this on and off? not sure haha. -tears-...time come back!
I did a more messy refsheet this time due to not wanting to do a turn around again like I did last time.
Old Ref of Pookey the pookeynaut
I just did some small changes to her still not sure how I feel about her having girly lips :/ just not something I'm use to drawing ever haha.
I'll miss drawing her ears and tail the way I use to, but they were just not necessary =c (and annoying...)
another reason why i dislike her lips, makes it hard to draw her tongue XD
cause no lips I was able to do this
how the hell do you draw a mouth that can stretch that wide with lips!? UGH whatever not like I'd have her stick her tongue out that far all the time anyways...
Fun fact: she blushes neon green. Most likely would glow in the dark
if she has 8 orbs on her tail that control/power six rings, what does she do with the other two? mysteries of life~
*She is not limit to the outfits shown, she has more, these are just her fav. outfits. (I have drawn her in other outfits in the past)

Oh my reference sheets are always different, this one I was more lazy with vs her old one.
and I'm always lazy when it comes to showing alot of outfits =w=; she's the only one I ever included outfit changes to in a refsheet.

Haha, I know that is probably not a good thing, but what I mean is i'm the type of person who turns around and says: "Hey can you make me something," and then I go yeah but because i'm a perfectionists it'll take me eight months to complete it and I would have drank all the damn coffee in the house.
What I need is not to be lazy per se but to be able to accept that it's not perfect instead of zooming into the image to make sure note a single dot is not out of place while becoming sleep deprived.

Well, isn't the other persons final say when something is perfect vs you when you're making the art for them? XD maybe then you'll take less time and make more for coffee.
Yeah if I was a perfectionist with my art for work I'd be read by now :/ since I do 14 drawings everyweek sometimes more =w=; bwweeh. I gave up on that life and just do art to be done and not look like a stick figure, If I'm coloring in the lines, it's good enough ahah.

When I do art trades and such I like to do it over a live-stream of some description so the person can make comments on it as I go, which actually makes the process much easier. To be honest, I highly recommend it as long as you have coffee breaks because everyone needs coffee breaks even the people who don't drink coffee
So you see where i'm coming from, it's a good trait to have if you have an eternity, but let's be honest nobody has that kind of time so I think I need to try and relax when it comes to art. I'm doing one study everyday at the moment. I think i've given up on life in general, who needs it? I've got tea, coffee, sea food, scones, art and video games, I don't know about you but that seems like a fair trade.
Pff, what is the zoom in tool? Use your eyes artists gosh. Look at Kinla she's a pro.

Problem with live streaming for people I'd commission for, there is never a good time for the both of us XD so I have to work around things best I can. I wish I could live stream more, but it's hard..also cause of my family =c if I ever want a mic on I cant unless I want watchers to hear a random belch in the background or yelling (not in anger but lazy communication due to unwillingness of getting up to talk to someone in the same room) haha.
every hour 10min breaks = good.
Yeah if only eternity was a thing in life =c not only in death -cough,crickets-
I noticed it helps to draw things quickly even if they are silly doodles, it helps speed up your hand to draw, and key shortcuts are helpful too, I've come up with alot of drawing/coloring shortcuts to save a bit of time when working on art and still have a perfect-ish look to the art (cause face it, nothing is perfect unless a robot makes it and even then...the pondering)

I wish I could draw something for myself everyday, I'm lucky to get a sloppy sketch out at this point, I still have big art projects for myself just sitting on my computer unfinished for a few years now XD The longer they sit on my computer the less I have interest in finishing even when I do have free time sometimes =c sigh

Yeah, it's a pain when people have meetings and different timezones to you when you have the free time and vice versa. I do love live-streams and i've been considering making YouTube videos but I don't really have the time and there is no way i'm presenting my studies, I just want to keep those on DeviantART and since they are studies they aren't really worthy in my eyes.
