Pretty sure thats how every artist feels. Even super pro artists still find something to learn. Just one of the wonders of drawing.
That said, just keep at it, dude~ You're leagues ahead than where Im at, at least (Backgrounds are just 'EECH' for me)

Its a (slow) process~ I don't feel like im improving at all either, until I actually look back at my past stuff, and realize "Wow, I guess I AM getting somewhere" or "EWW, I used to draw like that?".
we just gotta keep drawing, I guess (as much as we hate hearing that) >__________________________>;;
