I wanted to reverse the situation of the older work but it didn't happen. Instead, this came up.
20 frames 1 hour 30 minutes work, it took me awhile to randomize the capes, draw the clouds and the hover bike and it ended up as simple as this.

I made this on Photoshop, I can explain in detail about it.
I drew the cloud background first and then copy several pieces of it and line them up horizontally and then tween them from left to right. After that, one by one I place the flying llamas in different frame order so the cape animates differently than each other. It's a very simple animating but it takes a lot of time finishing it. ^^
