I wanted to reverse the situation of the older work but it didn't happen. Instead, this came up.
20 frames 1 hour 30 minutes work, it took me awhile to randomize the capes, draw the clouds and the hover bike and it ended up as simple as this.

Nah, my pixel skills aren't that great so there's nothing to be jealous about.
By the way, I use photoshop to make and animate things such as these. It might take longer if you are just starting but as you practice alot, you will take shorter time as you go.

Actually in the older versions, you have to open Imageready to animate things but in Photoshop CS2 that I'm using, I can simply animate things right away from there without having to switch to imageready since the animation window from there has been integrated into Photoshop.
