I did a marker comp first to get a sense of things... and also because Copic markers are cool.And if you are graphically trained you might spot it--the golden mean!
This is Takeuchi Naoko-sensei style, volume 12 or so of the manga.
The eyes are like that by Takeuchi-sensei's design. I just gave her a fuku based on the Materials Collection as a rough guess of what maybe she intended... using Chibiusa's fuku colors from Volume V of the Artbooks.

The eyes are so beautiful, very nice job with them. Her shoulders are a little broad for a girl but the outfit looks great and the hair is totally awesome

The suit design I lifted off of the Materials Collection Parallel Sailor Moon from Chibiusa. I tried to follow that as a guide pretty closely.
