There's a difference between commenting on the cosplaying itself and calling the girl cute or sexy. Just the girl. Not caring about the cosplay.

I personally find it sorta creepy.

Cute isn't weird, although sexy might be. Saying 'you look cute' is in no way saying 'i dont mean the cosplay'. its another way people compliment someone. 

even if you find it creepy, i think it would be good to not comment on every single comment like that. let the cosplayer herself handle it if she doesnt like it.

The costume is accurate to the character design. It very detailed and was a great deal of work.

I've seen Ranbooby on several popular artworks already, saying hateful things in the comment section.
You should report Ranbooby at the DA Help Desk for harassment, they've been a huge problem to many other artists already:
