Ooh a nice sweet pear that has been chilled is amazing. It needs to be a little soft and not mushy. If they're room temperature I don't enjoy them.

Hmm...maybe that's the problem. Mum always leaves them lying on the counter and they're always rather mushy...yuck. I will definitely try that in the future, thanks!
