It's true that the cosplayer does have the Dragon Slayer, therefore it's from after the eclipse, but this is not the only Guts cosplay I see that is from the same timeline and didn't reproduce that detail of the scared eye. What do you want, people just love the Dragon Slayer, and who wouldn't? ^_^
