*cough*cough* yeah there's a huge ammount of spikey crap on 2d blank plain colored backgrounds, although this is unorinigial as 1000 other deviantions - - this one is going good and if you'd made this when those landscape backgrounds were poppular, you would get recoginition for the greatest artist of all time haha

Blue is cool! I guess u could make it more metallic looking and smooth so u can make the anti-trendwhore vomit blood. I'm all for it.

Well, it's true that it's a bit unoriginal, but if i were you, i'd ignore these the haters and judst tkae it in the direction you want to. If you want to add some nice 2d elements to bring it all together, then by all means go for it. Nice work so far.

i like where youre going with this, much like your other submission tonight.....what i might suggest is something overlayed on the right-ish side to contrast with and balance the chaos/movement that you have on the left side.....perhaps some kind of simple interface-ish type shapes blended into the piece would work well.....
