Mmm, glowly rain-effect goodness. I always loved your canine style. And your designs are always beautiful... this guy is no exception. The one crit I might have is to perhaps continue the grass that's in the foreground, at least as a small texture effect... It's not a huge thing, though.

I love the overall surreal effect!
