The hands are great, but the face sort of reminds me of Alexander in Reign, which is a show that never needed to be aired for the creepiness of it.

Very lovely muted tones - it suits the subject. And I must concur with the other comments - this is more that just a scrap. Very nicely done. Nice to see a decent Neffy art now and then - he's not the most popular character so its great to stumble across good art of him like this.

Aw, why is this a scrap? I think this is actually pretty good. I like how everything's drawn and colored in this drawing, and I like how you drew his face. The star he's holding in his hands (photoshop effect, or no?) is a nice touch. I'll be adding this to my favorites.
