It's White Nights/Neva Palette mostly, old russian brand. But yellow ochre by Winsor&Newton and neutral tint by van gogh.

i re-watched some scenes from Sailor Moon and came across these two again.
i really felt for them in Sailor Moon. i loved Zoisite the most.
