So at about 9-10 PM (Central U.S. time) on January 12 (last night), I made the call to my doctor to confirm that I, suffering from severe cramps in my belly and back that were growing more frequent, had begun the labor process.Ten forty-one (10:41) AM on January 13, this is what appears! My son, measuring at 19 inches and weighing in at a small 7 pounds 12 ounces. (7 LB, 12 OZ)
Ross L. "Roo" Rule, Junior. Born to myself and ~twistedjoker13 on this day. And I tell you what, the pain before the epidural this morning was horrible.

CONGRATULATIONS to all 3 of you. You'll be bad ass parents, I wish I had nifty folks like you guys to be my relatives, so your boy Roo is lucky to be born into such an artistic family. He isn't really; I got a little frustrated with the nurse who woke him up because "he was hungry" (even though he was fast asleep and giving no feeding cues). We couldn't get him back to bed for hours after that, and had to page the nurses to help us.
But when he cries, the world knows! Lol I've never known a newborn to have such a set of pipes. Other than that, he just likes to be cuddly warm and loved on.
