Description
Its hard to do a stencil without giving it fiery red/yellow/orange eyes so i've wanted to extend that by really bringing it to life. This was something I planned for ages and pleased to have finally got around to it. The lights are LEDs and I've avoided putting an opal perspex over the light to diffuse it, instead I really enjoy the intense diamond eye effect. Aerosol stencil on aluminum and battery operated LEDs.KIRAN-X 2012.

Now this is HELLA FRESH, definitely a technique I wouldn't mind using on some "functional art"-type schitt, like having LEDs here and there on the canvas to signify stars or lightbugs.................
How did you make all this happen as far as installing them? I know how to solder and alladat as well as know how to make LED Throwies so you can skip the specifics on electronics and such, I just want to know how you managed to make this set-up.

Hi,
7 colour layers, 5 for lips, 3 for the hair, 6 detail layers, 8 layers for the mistakes = 29 layers. Work size 30.5cm x 30.5cm.

I'm in high school right now man. I'd definitely give you your due credit man. I'm sticking with this kind of superhero motif and I think that red LED's could spice up a Superman or something.

Where'd you find the LED's and how'd you install them man haha, I drove around all day looking for hardware stores and tech stores that had em, but to no avail.

Originally I bought parts from an electronics store which cost more an meant I had to spend more money putting it together. What I have here is a stripped down LED torch. You can try tricks like painting the interior silver or white - even foil or mirror, this amps the light spread.
