luckily he's a ghoul, so he can probably pull his fingers apart, even with superglue...or he could break them off and let them regrow

i'm conflicted about the whole Shikorae thing...
like on one hand: "yay! Rio's in the manga!"
on the other hand: "no why what happened to him why is he in aogiri pls don't let him be hurt"

I think regeneration might be the only convenient part to being a ghoul.
Aogiri has a rising trend of messing nice people up.

well, they also get super strength/speed and enhanced senses...
although those can easily be downsides (i'm just thinking now...you can smell bread when you'reΒ in a bakery, right? a ghoul could probably smell that from way farther away...and it would probably smell disgusting)
