I think it's great that you posted this. Being able to say what you think your flaws are is a really big step in life, and even more so when you find that you're able to share them with others. It's something that I'm a bit chicken to do.
And, of course, like everyone else, I can totally relate with just about all of this. Apart from the zombies. I go on insane violent rampages when I see zombies. GAHFTGHSHKJ *is shot*

However, you can use that as motivation to practice (especially drawing things you see) and improve your work.
