It started as a joke between me and my hubby.We tried to sort the OW roster into Mods and Rockers. And jokingly I said "Junkrat could go Mod. It would
be funny to see him clean and neat for once"
And so... the cogs in my head started spinning and came out with this: Mod-Rat
