I really want to get them ready to breed, and get them to Dominant Levels, so expect to see more of them later.

I could never have a big dog in real life, the small dogs are a much better fit for my life style. xD
Well you can't 'create' one as they are a closed species. But you can buy a breeding, or just wait until more members are able to breed their Tokotas.

Small dogs are a better fit for me, too, since I'm extremely small, but...I hate small dogs. They're so loud and annoying. D;

xD That's why you train them. I've had both small dogs and neither are/were extremely barky. Neya is a little bit, but she's only just over a year old and is still learning.
One day~ just keep an eye on the group and the members.

Yeah, you can train any dog not to bark. It's all in your dedication and how well you enforce it.
