Yup. Christine(my FC) and Shadow aren't a shipping, good news for you people , right (?
People. Christine isn't Maria at all Purposedly I only gave the hair similar to Maria but she's a total opposite of her And I have no color crayons to suit her hair color So sorry if I'm making people confused about it
This is actually the first non-couple I make of the Sonic franchise. I see these 2 more like the brother-sister relationship that Shadow and Maria had. How ironical right?

It's not that they could not be a couple, it's just that I decided to leave them as almost brother and sister. Both can handle themselves in tight situations, and rarely depend of each other in situations like these. If you people like to ship it, then be free to do it

So, well, this non-ship is just about to annoy your brother, be annoyed by him, be worried just a little , and also trying to make smile Shadow.
Because Christine's favorite animal, besides dogs, are hedgehogs. How coinidential ahhh?

Situation # 1: Asking nicely if Shadow could smile
Christine stares at the ebony hedgehog, being all serious, like usual , until curiosity picked her mind. 'Hmm... Looking better, it seems like Shadow could be passing through a rough day? I mean... I get that he is serious, non-EMOtional, or at least he doesn't show it to many people..........
Aha! I have an idea!'

So, with her last minute made up plan, she goes and embraces the hedgehog from behind. We can notice at first that he was surprised, but when he noticed who did it, his face became unimpressed.
"What is it Aikatsu?" he asked, with a tone that felt like if he was irritated.
"Ah nothin~ Just passing by and giving your daily affection Mr. Grumpster " She replied giggling.
He sighs at this as he rolls his eyes. "What do you want?"
"Oh well... I was just wondering... Could you lend me a smile for at least today?" She asked with a bright aura that surrounded her.
Shadow thinking about it, he took a deep breath and said:

"No."

Situation # 2: Ways to sweeten someone's bitter day
After an unsuccessful search of 2 more Chaos Emeralds, Christine and Shadow headed back to square 1. Obviously it was frustrating when you're looking for two pieces of a puzzle that took you a lot of effort to make. Shadow was the one who was experiencing worst. He's a guy that does serious business and doesn't like any delays or mistakes or unfinished tasks. Annoyed by this he glared at other side, sighing quietly and heavily. This was a conundrum for him.
Christine noticed this on the way back. Asking was worth a shot.
"Hey Shadow... Are you feeling okay?"
"Everything's just peachy Aikatsu. Just peachy." He replied with a cold sarcasm.
"Ey, ey, I was just asking. But don't worry," She paused starting to pet his head. "We will find those 2 last Chaos Emeralds so there's no need to start to feel grumpy about it!" She finished saying while she petted his head.
She sometimes can be a total sweetheart with the innocence to cheer up someone, in which it was ironic in a way, which reminded him of Maria acting like that when he felt like this.
Shadow was slightly annoyed by remembering the past for a brief moment . "What do you think you're doing?"
"Trying to cheer you up of course"She smiled warmly. "Your head feels soft, te-hee!"
"I'm not a pet Aikatsu."
"I know but it's just you're so soft and cute!"
Shadow scoffed adverting his eyes. What's with this girl issue of treating him like some sort of pet?! And why all fo a sudden such ridiculous affection started to react over his face?!
"Hehe, you are blushing..." Christine laughed it out.
"Hmph. Whatever." He snatched her hand away, although he regrets a bit on how he did it. It was feeling a little good.
"Aww, you're no fun..."Christine pouted at him.
"And you're not mature."
"Ouch. "

Way # 2: Cheeks warm up on a rainy day
Pour, then the rain. A rainstorm caught both of the hedgehog and the bicolored girl just halfway of the way back. They took quick shelter over an old abandoned house and stayed under the roof just until the rain stops.
Thank goodness they didn't got that soaked. Yet, a cold wet breeze passed by, making shivers travel down both of their spines.
Christine passed both of her hands up and down over her arms to warm herself up, and glanced quickly at Shadow, and he was... Shivering? Perhaps involuntairly, but who wouldn't?
"Are you feeling cold?" She asked approaching him close.
"Feh! That's just ridiculous. As ultimate lifeform I can hold longer than that weak body of yours."
"But you're shivering."
"I don't feel cold." He replied again crossing his arms.
"You're lying."
"I am not."
She aburptly got close to him, embracing him. Their cheeks touch."Then you don't mind sharing a little heat with me? I'm starting to freeze out since I'm so weak as you said."
Again with the affection? And he's not that resented to even say no.... There's just a familiar warm feeling within her....
Very familiar like her ....
And no wonder why he doesn't do much to push her away... In a way, she acts almost exactly, as some kind of reincarnation? Creepy if you think it out, but right now, it's not the time to analyze much stuff over his head.

He huffed himself, letting a small faint grumble saying "whatever, I don't care" but pretty much stayed like that. At least he stopped from shivering involuntairly, and she ceased to shiver as well as both warmths became comfortable for them.
"Hihi, I knew you were cold."
"Hmph. Just for now..."
