So many people love my grandmother cosplay, I am even envy xDDDAlso many of you asks why Sophie doesn't have Howl. Ok, she have.
Ahaha, originally I made both costumes all by myself, and only in 1 week. The hardest part was
Howl's coat (or how can I call this thing?), when I sewed together all that rhombs,
I thought my head will explode X_X I am not a seamstress and don’t visit manual training at school (I’ve draw and write for school newspaper, lol), so I really hate to sew costumes. But I think that the only way to have costume that have good quality and look a proper way – it is made it by yourself…

i just started seeing the movie with my friends. my friend who got me into this movie loves this movie so much that she nearly screamed at the site of it when she got for christmas.

The lighting and contrast of this photo is a perfect render of the Studio Ghibli animation. The enhanced colours mirror the vividity of the colours in the film.
Your choice of models is good too. Howl is modelled by a girl which portrays the character's androgyny and fine, soft features, while her strong expression really brings out Howl's character in the film.
The old lady modelling Sophie has a youthful glint in her eyes, which any Howl's Moving Castle fan would see in the film from the character.
The outfits are fantastic too.
This has been brilliantly captured and has clearly been thought about in terms of wardrobe, composition and expression.

Howl's Moving Castle is a fabulous film and your cosplay of it is perfect! Your serene faraway expression (whether intentional or not) fits Howl's personality from the movie perfectly, and where your hand is placed is perfect too. I love your hair - I can't tell if it's a wig or not! Your clothes are also very well made and are completely correct in their design.. from reading the comments I see that you made them yourself which is amazing! Your grandmother is really awesome. She is a perfect Sophie, she's just how I would imagine Sophie to be if I saw her walking around town. I love the bow in her hair and the pink flower on her hat, they are nice touches to have. Even if the dress isn't quite perfect, it's still lovely and very amazing that you made it yourself!
I think the photo would be more impactive if more of the background was in the shot or if it were a more dynamic pose.
Lastly I would just like to say that you are a very beautiful person and I would like to see a lot more cosplays of you! Your photos are gorgeous too but I find your own cosplays much more enjoyable^^

Absolutely brilliant. The background suits what you are wearing and how you are both standing.
Blurring out the trees was also a good effect to go with how you both stand out.
The sky is nice and clear for the photo to.
The trees make a good effect also. maybe try not to blurr out to much or that could be your downfall.
the way you have made your cosplay outfits it wonderful. you have gotten both of the characters down to a tee.

I have always loved Howl's Moving Castle, and this is the most beautiful cosplay I have seen to date. I am impressed that not only are both costumes well crafted and immaculate, but both models portray the characters that they are meant to in an almost perfect manner.
Your grandmother is an amazing lady, I'll tell you that!
I am impressed with the small details, such as the ribbon in Sophie's hair, and Howl's jewelry. The colors are vivid, much like they are in the film itself. I would love to see a vertical shot of both costumes so that I can get a head-to-toe impression. (If there is one, I will go looking!)
Overall, this is a job very well done and I look forward to more. I knew EXACTLY who it was from the thumbnail, so the impact was perfect and drew me right in. Great work. <3
