I'm going to open this critique with one comment - your grandmother ROCKS!
The costuming is wonderful. That jacket is a great reproduction, and I can't get over the hat!!! That was the crowning piece for Sophie's outfit.
You've got Howl's look down perfectly. Hair (or wig) is styled really well.
As for Sophie, I can only giggle. She definitely fits the perfect image I have of the 'older' Sophie. Sweet smile and a lot of character in her eyes and face. Braided hair is a great touch to it as well.
Background is well done, definitely reminds me of the movie!
