They're just made with printable shrinky-dink paper! :3 You should be able to find packets of it at your local craft store, but if not you can get it on Amazon or the Shrinky-Dink website. You can get the regular Shrinky paper if you want to draw on it with pencils or marker, but make sure to get the printable kind if you want to draw the image digitally.
