'Tis fanart for an upcoming game, Chibi Robo! This was a good chance to try out my NEW COLOURED PENS! In one point in the game you have to wear a frog suit...for...some...reason. Don't ask why he's taking it out on his toy robot friend though. He's mad.

i have both of the games chibi-robo and chibi-robo park patrol. they are fun. and tele-vision, the name of the flying tv dude, is actualy chibi-robo's robot companion

I freaking love Chibi-Robo. It's probably the best game that's come out this year thus far, and one of my favorite GCN games ever. Telly's overreacting about something, it seems. Probably thinks Chibi might get eaten by a cat or something...

They released it overhere, anyways. Left the name "Chibi-Robo" and anything. They pretty much didn't change a thing.

It was Japan-only, but that's because Bandai didn't want to publish it outside of Japan. Now Nintendo have the publishing rights and will be publishing it in the US and/or Europe.
I'm sure lots of Americans don't know what "Katamari" means XD I think it's good to see more Japanese games getting Englisherised XD
