Commission for .Porche of the Foxy Pirates from One Piece. Still haven't really seen the Davy Back Fight story arc, but I know what happened in it and I know who she is. One of Oda's more interesting girl character designs at the time; he's come a long way. Tried some anime style cel-shading for this to sorta replicate a bit of the show's feel.

God, I hated this character. Her voice and the "Iiyo" thing she'd always do never failed to drive me nuts.
