"Rollin' around at the speed of sound, got places to go, gotta FOLLOW MY RAINBOW!"The lyrics of which inspired this picture. Sonic the Hedgehog isn't my favorite video game character in any sense, nor is his game series, but I still hold some appreciate for him and the world he lives in. I thought it would be funny to throw a whole bunch of the characters into "rainbow order" and I've had this artwork idea in my head for quite a while, just never got around to doing it. I inked and colored the whole thing in Flash, since I've been doing that a lot with my commissions lately. It came out alright, hopefully I did all of the characters justice. Quick rundown:
RED: Knuckles the Echidna
ORANGE-RED: Charmy the Bee
ORANGE-YELLOW: Cream the Rabbit (with Cheese the Chao)
YELLOW: Miles "Tails" Prower
GREEN: Vector the Crocodile
GREEN-BLUE: Chaos Zero
BLUE: Sonic the Hedgehog
INDIGO: Big the Cat
VIOLET: Nack the Weasel
PURPLE: Blaze the Cat
MAGENTA: Espio the Chameleon
PINK: Amy Rose
PINK-WHITE: Rouge the Bat
WHITE: Silver the Hedgehog
BLACK: Shadow the Hedgehog

Great Picture! It's cool how you noticed the color scheme on each character to make this! It's sucks that you're not going to make a Sonic movie cause I would have loved to see it in your drawing style like in this very picture.

Very very clever. I'm suprised how well this all blends in. The characters literally follow the color scheme of the rainbow, and ya picked out a song from one of the Sonic games to match it.

Once again, Kirbopher doesn't fail to impress with an amazing arangement of color and character. Eachn character drawn near perfectly to their original versons, mixed in with a bit of his own style to give it that extra kick to dazzle us even more.
