He's been a battle expert since the day he came to TOME, and here he is! Sniperwave is originally based after an old user I knew from Tvtome, Searchman.EXE, and he eventually he left the forum business for good, or so it seems. Nonetheless, I respect him as a fellow Megaman fan and made him this character. Snipes' pose was done from Airman.EXE of course, and I'm also quite impressed by the levels of shading I used here.
