Oh you're having trouble with linkbacks and icons?

For the icon you type :icon kirby90210: without that space between the n and k

Then you copy the base's url address in the address bar and simply paste it next to the icon so it looks like this:
[link] <--there will be an actual working link there lol

Makes sense but i do mostly credit placing the link itself down the icon(i use the :dev: mostly since i don't want to made my artist's comment any bigger.) but thanks for clearing that out,BTW.

:dev: Is basically another way of linking a deviant's page or in this case,the basemaker.Most people place the base they used down the icon but few people do place the link itself next to the icon.Hope it helps.

As for the typing itself,you'll have to do like this: :dev-insertnamehere: (without the "-") and as for what it looks like,it should look like this(example-wise): [link]
