This somehow reminds me of when Wolf's lucario Luna was pregnant with Lucario Sheldon Aura Jr. But overall I like it, it's awesome. (Wolf is my boyfriend, from the Hoodwinked movies. And he's a pokemon breeder too.)

Absolutely.

And it doesn't get brought up enough how common this would be, quite honestly. Especially not if Trainers can be as young as 10 like when Takeshi Shudo was doing the anime, back in the Kanto/Johto days. "Pure" humans would be well on the way to minority status.

Good point, actually. And don't get me started on Gardevoir!

That would raise some interesting and difficult questions for society in terms of deciding who can and can't become a citizen and why. At the very least it would probably mean the permanent end of birth citizenship ("jus soli" if I remember my legal terminology). Not to mention being one massive task for the medical community to figure out how to properly treat all the likely combinations of human/Mon that are likely to come in the door. Or for social services to determine if a Pokémon mother can competently care for a human child.
